How It Works

  1. Enter an address - The system geocodes it to coordinates
  2. Check the grid - Determines which grid cell contains the address
  3. Use cache or fetch - If the grid is cached, data loads instantly. Otherwise, API is called
  4. Display boundaries - Property lines are rendered on the map
  5. Save for future - Data is stored in the grid for next time
